TRACKING: Upon your order, you are provided with a tracking number and the link to connect and track online. We provide you with the tracking details once we have processed your order and made it ready to ship. DELIVERY TIMES: We ship worldwide, delivery time is typically 5 days. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: Most of the courier services that deliver our items make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the express courier will return the parcel to us. For all the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs and import duty & taxes incurred. The buyer is responsible for the costs implied in the return shipping of the original item and also of postage fees and costs, for the item shipped again a second time.
